At SIEBENTASCHEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you — or a third party designated by you — receive the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Request return or cancellation" link in our store footer, or contact us at contact@siebentaschen.com.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled, you may submit a cancellation request before your order is shipped using the same link.
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your return. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Return Policy Details
- Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The return window starts from the day the last item in your order is delivered.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Free Returns within Germany: We cover the return shipping costs, so you can return items at no extra charge. If your delivery address is outside of Germany and you wish to return one or more items, you will need to ship the return at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return label outside of Germany, and returns are at your own risk and expense.
How to Return an Item
- Click the "Request return or cancellation" link in our store footer.
- Enter your order number and email address and click "Start."
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines within 24 hours (please check your spam folder).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or the original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust cover) is missing or damaged.
- Return code and/or order number are missing.
- Unauthorized return or after the return period has expired.
Are there any charges for return?
Returns within Germany If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns outside of Germany If your delivery address is outside of Germany, you will need to ship the return at your own expense. We cannot offer a return label outside of Germany, and returns are at your own risk and expense. Pack items preferably in the original packaging and send to the address below.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.
- Refund: After approval, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as "non-returnable" in the product description.
