4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
5. Customs Duties and Taxes
For shipments to the European Union, any taxes are included in the prices listed on the website. For shipments outside the European Union, additional charges may apply for customs duties and local taxes, which are on the user's account.
Any additional costs may be claimed from the final consumer upon delivery of the goods by the carrier.
If for any reason you refuse a delivery from us, you are responsible for the original shipping costs (including for purchases that included free shipping at a cost to SIEBENTASCHEN), the duties, taxes, fees and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of the return shipment.
All costs for reimporting goods sent back to Germany and all delivery costs will be deducted from any refunds.
As for the calculation of customs duties, for all countries outside the EU, taxes and duties are borne by the customer. Payment for these is necessary to release the order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges, so we recommend contacting your local customs offices.
Please note that any local sales taxes or customs duties will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order upon delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
7. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact our customer service team immediately.
If the package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, we invite you to:
- Accept with reservation, noting the problem to the courier.
- Contact us immediately at the address contact@siebentaschen.com, attaching photos of the damaged package and its contents.
We will evaluate the situation and proceed with a replacement or refund, if necessary.
If an ordered product is damaged or defective when it has been delivered or has developed a defect, the consumer has one or more legal remedies available, depending on when the problem is notified to us, in accordance with his legal rights. If the consumer declares that he has received a damaged or defective product or that the product has developed a defect, he must inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, indicating his name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects the legal rights of the consumer.
8. Failure to Deliver or Problems with Address
Please note: If, for any reason, a package is not collected, the delivery costs or import duties incurred by siebentaschen.com for automatic return by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
