If you discover that you have purchased the wrong product or completed your order by mistake, please contact us immediately by email at info@siebentaschen.de. Our customer service will check whether your request can be fulfilled. We recommend that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include the word "Cancellation" (followed by your order number) in the email subject line. Please note that our customer service is not active on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Therefore, any cancellation requests submitted on these days can only be processed from the following business day.

However, if you would like to change the size or delivery address, you must contact our customer service immediately, who will review your request and inform you of the outcome.

Yes, all our products are authentic and original and undergo strict quality controls before shipping. We also assure you that our products, where available, come with original brand tags and certificates of authenticity. Siebentaschen is an authorized seller of all brands available online.

Shipping & returns

Siebentaschen delivers to Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain (except the Canary Islands), Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Denmark, Portugal, Sweden, Greece and Malta.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and payment method. Further information can be found here. Delivery times may vary in the event of a request for additional information from the carrier and/or customs authorities. Our customer service team tracks all shipments and intervenes in the event of any problems.

Yes. When the courier picks up the goods for delivery, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and link.

You can submit a return request no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Returns are not possible for underwear purchases due to health and hygiene reasons. Further information can be found here.

Returns within Germany.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package.


Returns outside Germany.
If your delivery address is outside Germany and you wish to return one or more items, you must ship the return at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return label outside of Germany, and returns are at your own risk and expense. Further information can be found here.
