The trend
The Autumn/Winter 2026 shows treated outerwear as the main event. Funnel necks stayed at the top of the list, long, structured shapes replaced oversized boxy cuts, and the classic camel coat got a serious rival in deep brick red. In menswear, the Chesterfield returned alongside clean, sharp-shouldered overcoats.
How to wear it
Let the coat do the talking: wear it over a fine-gauge turtleneck and straight trousers, or throw a long wool coat over tailoring for the office. A trench works from the first cold mornings, and a technical parka covers the rest of winter.
