DELIVERY TIMES

Once the order is ready to ship, the following delivery times apply:

Within the EU:

• Standard - Delivery in 3-5 working days
• Express - Delivery in 2-3 working days

Outside the EU:

• Standard - Delivery in 5-10 working days
• Express - Delivery in 2-5 working days

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

Orders are processed and dispatched during the following timetable: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm (CET).

 

TRACKING

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. Please note that it may take a while for the tracking information to update. If you still don't have tracking information after a few days, please contact us at info@siebentaschen.de.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers outside the European Union, prices are VAT-free, while for EU customers, VAT is already included in the sales price. Please note that for purchases outside the EU, any applicable taxes or import duties are not included in the price and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. For EU orders, no taxes or duties will be charged upon delivery. You are responsible for any taxes and duties.
